It is recommended that you purchase a size larger, unless you want the shirt snug. For example, if you usually wear a medium in t-shirts, it is recommended that you choose large. The shirt will still be a fitted shirt with going a size up. If you have larger breasts and/or mid-area, please order at least 2 sizes up as these are fitted shirts.
To stretch the shirt overall, put the shirt on then pull down from the front bottom of the shirt to loosen the fabric around the stomach area.
