Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s) less the shipping fee. The item must be in the original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of pet hair/odors.  If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and we will address the concern accordingly. There are no returns/exchanges on rhinestone apparel and custom made items.
