FAQ (Sizing, Shipping, Returns)

Sizing

Pre-Shrunk Women’s Fitted Shirts- It is recommended that you purchase a size larger, unless you want the shirt snug. For example, if you usually wear a medium in shirts, it is recommended that you choose large. If you’re between sizes such as you wear a Med/Lge, get a XL/1X. The shirt will still be a fitted shirt with going a size up. Therefore, if you DO NOT WANT THE SHIRT FITTED AT ALL, PLEASE ORDER A LOOSE FIT SHIRT! If you have larger breasts and/or mid-area, please order atleast 2 sizes up as these are fitted shirts.

To stretch the shirt overall, pull the sides of the shirt prior to putting it on, put the shirt on,
then pull from the bottom to loosen the fabric on around the stomach area.



2. Loose Fit Women’s Shirts- These shirts run 1X-5X and are a loose fit. They are true to size.

Soft Men’s Shirts- these shirts are very soft similar to the women’s shirts and gives a looser fit. Choose the size you wear for the looser fit.

Shipping

Processing takes 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping time is based on USPS and is not guaranteed by our company. USPS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN SHIPPING PER THE USPS WEBSITE. You will receive an initial email confirming your order and a tracking email for confirmation of shipment.  

In the event an order is returned due to the wrong address being provided on the customers end, there will be a reshipment fee or a refund can be provided to the customer less the original shipping fee. THERE ARE NO RETURNS or REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS.

If you choose the First Class Shipping option, it is NOT covered with insurance. We will not send new merchandise nor refund you if the package shows delivered on our end. Please choose the Priority shipping option to ensure your order is covered by the $50 insurance provided by USPS. 

Returns

Bling Apparel- Because the item(s) are made custom based on your size, cut, color, and design, there are no refunds/exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

All Other Item(s)-There are no refunds/exchanges on these items. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s).
